PCVは、今年広島平和記念公園への訪問を予定している、藤沢市立六会中学生約250名を対象にオンライン平和学習プログラムを行いました。
2コマの授業の中では、平和文化についてのワークショップ、Google Earthを使用した広島のバーチャルツアー、広島平和記念公園のライブ中継が含まれていました。
振り返りの時間に生徒たちはワードクラウドに取り組み、「大切にしたいヒト・モノ・コト」について考えました。
また、広島を直接訪れたときに学びたいこと・何故学びたいのかについても考えました。
今回のプログラムの最後にはは、生徒さんからPCVメンバーへ質疑応答の時間がありました。
-活動をしていて直面する課題は何ですか？
-どうすればソーシャルビジネスでキャリアを積むことができますか？などです。
PCVのメンバーは、生徒さんたちと双方向な関わりを行うことができ、とても嬉しかったです。いつか広島で会えることを願っています。

PCV held an online Hiroshima experience for about 250 middle school students from Kanagawa(Mutsuai junior high school) in preparation for their in-person visit to Hiroshima this year.
The 2.5 hour session included a peace culture workshop, virtual tour of Hiroshima using Google Earth, and a live-streamed visit to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
The students also reflected on what they had learned by creating a collective Word Cloud and pondering the things they wanted to learn when they visit Hiroshima in person.
To finish up the program, students asked lots of great questions to PCV members during the Q & A:
– What are some challenges that you face in your work?
– How can I have a career in social business? ex.
PCV members were so excited to have a lively discussion with the students. We hope to see them in Hiroshima someday soon. Thank you!
